This is the GitHub page for the Naturalistic Neuroimaging Database' (NNDb). Here you will find fMRI (pre)processing scripts and information on movie annotations.

Requirements

To run the preprocessing analysis we have used the AFNI software. Please follow installation guidelines here: https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/htmldoc/background_install/main_toc.html

Please also make sure to install the Freesurfer software: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/DownloadAndInstall

The preprocessing scripts can be found in the fMRI_preprocessing folder.
