This repository contains a Quarto dashboard to explore and download data associated with the publication describing the doubletrouble R package.

Data include the complete set of duplicated gene pairs and genes for >800 species on Ensembl (release 110) and Ensembl Genomes (Plants, Fungi, Metazoa, and Protists; release 57).
