Install backend dependencies

npm install

Install frontend dependencies

cd frontend
npm install

2. Set up environment variables:

Backend (.env)

OPENAI_API_KEY=your_api_key PORT=3001

Frontend (.env.local)

NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL=http://localhost:3001

3. Run the development servers:

Backend

npm run dev

Frontend (in a new terminal)

cd frontend
npm run dev
