Usage

  ctc <CupList> <Contents.cnt>

Given a Matching Cuplist and Contents.cnt will return a folder filled with the update CIA titles. This is for use with extracted ROMFS from Nintendo 3DS CSU or SNAKE SD DevKit Updaters. _{And no I won't help you find them}
