对平整的书页扫描或拍照，所得图片并不总是平整的。其文本和图片都会发生扭曲、变形。将这样的图片交由OCR识别，准确度往往差强人意。 本项目的目的是通过算法矫正图片，从而提高OCR识别准确度。为方别后续对接，用VC开发。
