This is a stub group policy for some basic settings in libreoffice, feel free to extend/edit it as you feel. Feel free to report bugs and request aditional features!

Collabora released an ADMX for LibreOffice in April 2015 that is available here: https://libreoffice-from-collabora.com/windows-group-policy-admx/. The Collabora ADMX file does not contain all of the LibreOffice settings that you may wish to use, please feel free to request features or contribute to this project.
