Evolution of cases of the covid-19 virus using R, ggplot and gganimate

The data set is from the John Hopkins github repository: https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19

The R script is using the time series for confirmed, death and recovered cases and then merged together to get a nice plot with animation.
