Introduction

Features

Usage

  1. Installation:

    # Clone the repository
    git clone https://github.com/phantom-kali/ExpenseTracker.git
    
    # Navigate to the project directory
    cd ExpenseTracker
    
    # Create a virtual environment
    python -m venv venv
    
    # Activate the virtual environment
    # For Windows:
    venv\Scripts\activate
    # For Linux/macOS:
    source venv/bin/activate
    
    # Install dependencies
    pip install -r requirements.txt
    
  2. Database Setup:

    # Create a database according to your Django settings
    
    # Run migrations
    python manage.py migrate
    
  3. Run the Server:

    # Start the development server
    python manage.py runserver
    
  4. Access the Application:

    • Open a web browser and navigate to:
      http://127.0.0.1:8000/
