StarPakBrowser

This tool is built on top of @blixt's awesome work:py-starbound, you can use it to view, pack and unpack the starbound pak files.

Installation

• Download and Install the release for the current version of StarPakBrowser.

Usage:

• You can open the pak file directly by setting the way the pak file is opened.
  Right click and select this app from folder,after that you can double-click the pak file to open it.
  
• Right click on items unpack selected items to the specified folder.
  Double click the item to temporarily open the file
  
• Pack a folder to a starbound pak file.
  If the program does not find the starbound installation path, it will prompt you to choose the installation path.
