ICN Toolbox

This is a python toolbox for neuromodulation and electrophysiology research, currently mainly based on mne (https://mne.tools) and custom functions.

The env folder contains the environment file with the required dependencies to be used with Anaconda.

The following packages are in this toolbox:

icn_bids - for simple filenaming and information processing in BIDS standard folders icn_ephys - wrapper functions for frequently used ephys processing steps based on MNE icn_perceive - Data conversion and processing toolbox for electrophysiology data collected with the Medtronic Percept implantable neurostimulator icn_stats - the beginning of a conglomerate for statistical tools frequently used icn_tb - conglomerate of utility functions
