In order to get CECSTeR up and running there are a number of dependencies:
- Python - http://www.python.org/getit/
- wxPython - http://www.wxpython.org/download.php#stable
- Pyserial - http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyserial
You will also need:
- RainShadow Tech USB-CEC bridge - http://rainshadowtech.com/default_files/HDMICECUSB.htm
Usage: CECSTeR.py <COM port>
