Gobuild

Gobuild builds reproducible binaries for modules available through the Go proxy on demand, publishing them in a transparency log.

MIT-licensed, with internal/sumdb from github.com/rsc/tlogdb, which is a fork of golang.org/x/mod/sumdb.
