Bayer Dithering COP

This node doing ordered dithering. It is change only C plane. When working with JPEG add A plane using Color COP.

If no input is specified, then node generate bayer matrix.

Win installation

Copy content of dist/ folder to %USER%/Documents/houdini X.YY/inlinecpp/ and change filename to corresponding version of Houdini.
