Arcstat

arcstat has been integrated into illumos as of 1186: <a href="https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate/commit/d0054224e0ba320a05d1c27de508dc5224ff99d1">link</a>.

I'm leaving this repo here for historical reference. From now on, please treat the illumos version as canonical.
