Installation from sources

In the root directory of the package, just do::

python setup.py install

The latest software can be downloaded from GitHub <https://github.com/melissawm/skprocrustes>_

Installation Dependencies

scikit-procrustes requires the following software packages to be installed:

Python <http://www.python.org>_ 3.6.1 or later.
NumPy <http://www.numpy.org>_ 1.13.0 or later.
SciPy <http://www.scipy.org>_ 0.19.0 or later.
Matplotlib <http://www.matplotlib.org>_ 2.0.2 or later.
