Zalgo soothes a previous prophecy

Yeah... no role-playing here. Sometimes folks get really freaking annoyed at Zalgo text and this package gives you a way to clean prophecies spoken by this package, at least. Most implementations are the same as this (or use the same unicode character set) so it should work.
