Mixture modeling and Gaussianization

Code for several mixture distributions and radial Gaussianization.

Requirements

• Python >= 2.6.6
• Numpy >= 1.5.1
• Scipy >= 0.8.0

The code has been tested with the above versions, but older versions might also work.

Help

To get started, try running an experiment by executing

python code/experiments/experiments02b.py

in the root directory.
