Easily handle Google polylines

Install

Install with Rubygems:

gem install polylines

Usage

To encode an array of latitude/longitude pairs:

>> Polylines::Encoder.encode_points([[38.5, -120.2], [40.7, -120.95], [43.252, -126.453]])
=> "_p~iF~ps|U_ulLnnqC_mqNvxq`@"

To decode a polyline into an array of latitude/longitude pairs:

>> Polylines::Decoder.decode_polyline("_p~iF~ps|U_ulLnnqC_mqNvxq`@")
=> [[38.5, -120.2], [40.7, -120.95], [43.252, -126.453]]
