SCARF

This repository contains the code for SCARF, a framework for Stress-Corrected Assessment of Water Resource Footprint, which is published in HotCarbon '25.


About

SCARF is implemented by python. It is designed to evaluate the environmental impact of water consumption by integrating spatial and temporal variations of water stress.

Getting Started

This repository provides ready-to-use code for reproducing the three case studies included in our paper. You can start by running the provided Jupyter notebooks. To run them:

jupyter notebook

Open the notebook of interest and follow the instructions inside. The notebooks will automatically load the relevant data and guide you through the analysis workflow.
