FCM

fcm is a python library for working with flow cytometry data. It aims to provide a pythonic interface for analyzing and working with flow cytometry data, with an focus on model based analysis. It is sutible for use in EDA, batch processing of data or use in aplications. Supports reading fcs files version 2 or 3. Supports traditional gating and model based analysis.
