This is an HQ workspace. Follow the HQ charter in .claude/CLAUDE.md
(the same file Claude Code loads). AGENTS.md at the repo root is a
symlink to that charter.
Cursor project rules live in .cursor/rules/*.mdc (MDC format used by
Cursor 0.47+ / 3.x). This file is the Cursor equivalent of .codex/claude
→ .claude and .agents/skills → .claude/skills.
