Gnomon*

Gnomon* is an original OpenType variable font created by indestructible type*. It is inspired by World War Two posters, and is made to display the capabilities of the OpenType variable font system. This is version 1.2.

Gnomon* is designed and maintained by Owen Earl, who is the creator of the font foundry indestructible type*.

Building

Gnomon* is made using fontmake. To build Gnomon*, first install fontmake following the instructions in the fontmake repository. Then dowload this repository, either using git or the download button. Cd into the directory of the version of Gnomon* you'd like to use then run fontmake -o variable -m gnomon.designspace to build Gnomon*
