This module is a tool for calculating correlations such as Pearson, Partial,Tetrachoric, Polychoric, Spearman, Intraclass correlation, Multilevel correlation, Concordance correlation, Correlation structure, Repeated and Cross correlation, Bootstrap agreement, Fleiss Kappa, Rater Reliability, Generalizability Theory, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Velicer's MAP test, Directed Graph Centrality and allows users to produce Network plots.

Installation

At the moment, seolmatrix is not in CRAN yet, so you need to install it via devtools

devtools::install_github("hyunsooseol/seolmatrix")
