Macfuse

It's been difficult to follow all the third party development done on MacFuse. I propose we all use github to share our code, this way it will be easier to share patches, view diffs, and we won't be burdened by a central repository which is never updated.

I have cloned the main repository from https://code.google.com/p/macfuse/source/checkout to https://github.com/henrik242/macfuse .

I have added two branches:

• "macfuse-2.1.9-rebel" has the source code from http://www.tuxera.com/mac/macfuse-rebel-2.1.9-src.tar.bz2 provided by Erik Larsson on https://groups.google.com/group/macfuse/msg/08b51b5bb0744358 .

• "macfuse-2.1.7-fleischer" has the source code from http://www.mediafire.com/?ila2aj952pkypuo provided by Benjamin Fleischer on https://groups.google.com/group/macfuse/msg/b1e3b98fd491b8e6

Feel free to fork at will. I have not done any development on MacFuse myself, so I won't be able to help with bugs and features. At least not yet :)
