JOCLBlast - Java Bindings for CLBlast - http://jocl.org

An installation of CLBlast is required to build JOCLBlast. Basic build instructions can be found in the JOCL repository. Note the section about Building and packaging the external native library dependencies that describes how the dependency to the CLBlast library is handled.
