taocp volume 1, 3rd edition

This is the correction project of the first digital release, December 2013 of the taocp vol 1. I'm correcting the inline equations and converting them to tex.

Many improvements are being made. Although some silly errors can still be there, who knows. If you're a smart guy and has found one, please let me know so I can fix it.
