Teletext

A javascript rendition of everybody's favourite use of the vertical blanking interval. Currently supports subpages, reveal, and FASTEXT features of Level 1 teletext.

• Finish altering Mode Seven font to include special characters
• Redo page attribute information using RLE to make it somewhat more sane
• Finish markup tool
• RSS -> Teletext filter, of course!
