Introduction

Mod zPAM is a competitive mod for CoD2. <br>

The code from the previous version zPAM 2.07 was completely rewritten and ported to a new code base, which helped in the implementation of new features and bug fixes.

Work on this PAM was initiated by me in 2015 and was never fully finished. On corona days, I decided to finish it.

Changes:

  • New PAM mode ruleset for the North American region - comp_na
  • Shotgun - new consistent pellet spread using predefined pattern of pellets with random rotation + removed hits in close range 0-250
  • Smoke - added new rendering for smoke grenades and possibility to choose between original thin smoke, thick smoke and new consistent smoke.
  • Neck hitbox fix - when enabled, it will convert all neck shots to head shots and adjust damage for them.
  • Buffed BAR and Bren LMG - when enabled, they will have faster reload and fire rate.
  • Breakout TLS - added possibility to switch between British and American on the allied faction
  • New map Trainstation BHG
  • MG damage fixed - previously the damage of MG was wrongly calculated according to the weapon you were holding, now it will be calculated correctly; head+neck = 50hp; other parts = 35hp
  • MG tearing fixed when following player that holds MG turret
  • Improvement of hand hitbox fix by slightly increasing the size of box
  • Fixed reseting of sv_cracked, added info about cracked server into server info menu
  • Added new commands to RCON menu settings:
    • scr_smoke_type 0/1/2 - CVAR that will change the smoke bloom type. 0 being thin original smoke. 1 being the smoke fix (thick smoke). 2 being a new consistent smoke modeled after thick smoke.
    • g_shotgun_spread_fix 0/1 - CVAR that will enable the shotgun consistent pellet spread.
    • scr_hitbox_neck_kills 0/1 - CVAR that will convert all neck shots to head shots.
    • scr_bar_buffed 0/1 - CVAR that enables the buffed BAR. Bar has faster reload and fire rate.
    • scr_bren_buffed 0/1 - CVAR that enables the buffed Bren LMG. Bren LMG has faster reload.
    • scr_breakout_british 0/1 - CVAR that toggles between British and American on the allied faction of Breakout_TLS.
