a pure python locality senstive hashing implementation

Installation

lsh is packaged with setuptools so it can be easily installed with pip like this:

$ cd lsh/
$ [sudo] pip install -e .

• add more tests
• add save() and from_file() methods
• rewrite with redis backend?
