CbrPdfConverter

A simple application to convert .cbr/.cbz to pdf and .pdf to .cbz.

What's new in this fork :

• Finding images in pdf is more efficient
• Can merge images of a page
• Process folder recursively
• You can choose output folder
• Error won't pause processing
