The dataset and its accompanying scripts have been moved to their final location (under the GitHub SAP organization).
Note to the PC members of MSR 2019
The link in our manuscript points to this repository because the official one (in SAP's organization) was not ready at the time when the submission was due. We will update the link in the camera-ready, if our submission is accepted.
