CLASS - Python

NOTE: the Makefile for compiling ribtol.cpp (fast Bulk Richardson - Obukhov length iterative solver) is not required to run CLASS. By default a (somewhat slower) Python solver is used, and the fast c++ version is only interesting for computationally expensive experiments.
