FUNGA [LifePhoton Framework]
FUNGA (Functional Gene Annotation Exploitation Platform) is a platform that utilizes artificial intelligence technology to mine gene functions. By integrating a large amount of cross species genetic information from animals, plants, and fungi with private data, an online analysis platform has been constructed, greatly reducing research time and advancing the research process.

Features
Here's a list of features included in this project:
| Name | Description | |------------------------------------------------------------------------|------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | Gene | Provide genetic information retrieval services | | Gene-Gene | Provide gene interaction network query | | Phenotype | Provide GO and PO matching services | | Gene-phenotype* | Provide functions such as functional gene mining, gene interaction network analysis, large language model summarization, and gene sorting | | Tools | Provide practical tools such as sequence alignment and PO browser | | AI | Provide intelligent agent FUNGA assistant |
Installation
FUNGA only provides online platform services. If you want to deploy locally, please refer to the Ktor technology stack.
If the server starts successfully, you'll see the following output:
2024-12-04 14:32:45.584 [main] INFO Application - Application started in 0.303 seconds.
