Summary

I am a highly creative person who can spin existing and/or create new digital business concepts to reach higher conversion rates. My expertise have mainly been used within designing & programming: web applications, eCommerce sites, apps & regular websites.

Depending on product/service/brand, I can make digital strategies on how to market in the right channels with a cost effectively mindset. I have a long experience from a variety of fields and are therefor not limited in my ideas and/or thinking. I’ve worked my self up the production line and been in management positions. I have deep knowledge of every aspect of the digital production industry.

What can I contribute with?

I've been called a hybrid by many of my colleagues. I have the knowledge & experience to communicate with designers, marketers, programmers & executives. My passion for tech and programming usually rubs off on any of the teams I’ve joined.

Why do I want to work with you?

We’ve all seen different tech and programming languages come and go during the years. Something that has been almost an absolute value out there, is HTML, CSS & foremost Javascript. My opinion is that if you’ve chosen to build an app in Javascript as your main programming language, you are ready to meet the future and I would like to be apart of that future!

Testing

I'm not a big fan of performing personality- nor logic test in a recruitment process. The research I've read indicates that they have their place in a personal development process and can be used to measure personal growth, provided that you have performed them during a long period of time.

I won't be doing any more of these types of tests in a recruitment process because I think it is a waste of time for all parties involved. So the olive-branch I can bestow, is for you to download my result from Alvalabs, if you feel that it is necessary for the recruitment procedure. But I will be asking for a valid argument of why you require it, what type of scientifical studies you base your need for it and what types of models you'll use to compare my result against other candidates.
