Before building the project, download and install the following dependencies:

SQLite runtime sqlite-netFx46-setup-bundle-x86-2015-1.0.105.2.exe
N.B.: During the installation, make sure to select "Full Installation" and check the box "Install the assemblies into the global assembly cache"
