This demo app integrates api.video with Shotstack to add text and images as an intro and outro to your video, giving it a more polished finish. Upon complettion of the bumpers, the final video is uploaded to your api.video account. It can then be eassily shared as a video on demand for your friends to watch!

Installation

1. Clone github repo
2. add environmental variables

• Shotstack.io
• api.video

3. install node dependancies
4. Run with 'node src/index.js'

What the app does

Adding bumpers makes your tutorial videos look more professional and polished, but can take a significant amount of time to prepare. With this app, you just need the bakground image, and to enter the text in the form. when you upload your video, api.video and shotstack.io take care of the rest.

Your background image and the 2 intro texts are added to a 4 second bumper in front of your video.

The background video and the 2 outro texts are added to the end of your video.
