vdjdb-harmonize
Harmonize antigen.gene and antigen.species fields in a VDJdb chunk to canonical VDJdb naming. Detects spurious gene/species names, resolves inconsistencies (same epitope → multiple names), and warns about epitopes that are exact substrings of longer epitopes.
