MiningResistome
This repo contains r codes for the figures in manuscript of mining resistome.
A total of 115 tailings samples and 91 AMD sediment samples were processed for metagenomic sequencing. Three outliers were removed, thus the data in this repository contains 113 tailings and 90 AMD sediment samples.
