BookorRent

BookorRent is an open source online platform for booking and rental marketplace sites. Book or rent anything--events, services, spaces, or anything. Ideal for events booking with tickets, tuition marketplace, activities marketplace (Universe clones), errands / services (Thumbtack clones), spaces marketplace (Airbnb clones), etc. Its generic approach can fit to any business model.

This is project is part of Agriya Open Source efforts. BookorRent was originally a paid script and was selling around 12000 Euros. It is now released under dual license (OSL 3.0 & Commercial) for open source community benefits.

Features

Multi-Language Support

Translation of front end with multilingual support. Site visitors can translate any webpage by click the drop-down box beside language.

Flexible Booking

Booker can check the availability before booking. Booker can choose multiple choices among the listed availabilities.

Fixed Booking

Booker can choose any date from the list. Booker can choose multiple choices among the listed pricings. If seat selection enabled in listing, booker can choose anyone pricing and can choose their own seats.

Payment

Multiple payment gateway can be enabled using ZazPay account and Wallet.

Seats

Host can manage seats & Halls. Enable / Disable Seat Selection in post Listing page. Host can arrange seats in their own way. Host can manage Seat Arrangement, Seat Add, Seat Preview.

Flexible ticket booking option

By using dynamic ticket booking options, user can book tickets for events either fixed dates with fixed price or variable dats with fixed price.

Nearby listing

Bookers can easily know about exact location of listed items. It helps them to choose items near their location easily.

Affiliate

User can associate/refer our site to a different network thereby referred user can earn commission.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

For deployment

• MySQL
• PHP >= 5.5.9 with OpenSSL, PDO, Mbstring and cURL extensions
• Nginx (preferred) or Apache

Setup

• Needs writable permission for /tmp/ , /media/ and /webroot/ folders found within project path
• Database schema 'app/Config/Schema/sql/bookorrent_with_empty_data.sql'
