A bit of a hack I wrote to fix Trigger's issue with not controlling wifi hotspot in Oreo. Turned into sovling two issues:

App that came about from seemingly simple attempt to ge the Trigger app to toggle the wifi hot-spot function on my Pixel XL (running Android Oreo).
