用户：销售管理系统支持用户商品选购，包括添加商品到购物车，选择购买数量，查看价格，支持搜索商品及按分类导航浏览，便捷的订单管理展示所有订单状态和操作选项，提升用户购物体验和管理效率。
系统：系统界面简洁直观，提供商品总览、用户总览模块，展示多种销售数据统计，分类展示不同商品种类销售情况，支持订单和商品信息的查看和操作，便于商家执行精准营销策略和高效管理。
客服：界面提供联系方式及导航支持，辅助用户和管理员进行系统操作与沟通，通过设定QQ号码和网站链接，便于解决用户及管理员的技术问题和售后服务，提高整体的用户与管理者满意度。
