DDRNet
针对滑坡的语义分割比赛，整理的一个DDR模型
1、构建了DDRnet和transformer的分割模型
2、train.py 训练DDRnet, seg.py训练transformer模型
3、predict.py默认是DDRnet的预测
4、使用的数据集是h5结构
5、程序排版混乱，需要大致看一下
