"Fibbage" clone

The goal of this clone is to replicate essential "Fibbage" features and possibly to implement new features.

Planned Features (1.0)

• Support for 10 rooms of 10 people each
• Proper citing/license references for applicable factoids
• At least 100 default factoids
• Score system
• Round system

Potential features (post 1.0)

• Easy way for non-technical admins to add factoids (no JSON knowledge necessary)
• Users can add/suggest factoids from their client
• Easy to manage factoid packs (again, no JSON knowledge necessary)
• Users can vote on a factoid pack to use for a game
