Draw Vector Text for Cadence Allegro PCB, support chinese and others language input.

Use

1. Edit runtest.bat, changed run-draGenerator.bat to run-draGenerator.bat -t "text you want".
2. Run runtest.bat.
3. Copy *.dra and *.bsm to your allegro design directory,pick and place on your PCB.
