PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE ZIP, DOWNLOAD THE PHAR FROM RELEASES. Step 2 | After it has downloaded, drag the plugin into your plugins folder of your server files. Step 3 | Start the server, and SkinChanger has been added to your server!
