RadBench Arduino code for Flux Capacitor LEDs, Speaker, and IR

This is designed for a flux capacitor using a 10 nanoled strip You can modify it to suit the amount of lights used on your own flux capacitor. I'm not an expert coder, especially in C++ so apologies for the spaghetti.
