TVapp

TVapp, built using Tizen Studio, enables seamless playback of HLS/m3u8 streams as channels on Samsung Smart TVs. Designed to deliver an intuitive channel-surfing experience, the app supports smooth switching between multiple streams, with a clean user interface that displays the channel name in a semi-transparent black rectangle at the bottom of the screen during channel changes.

Getting Started

git clone https://github.com/KaashDev/TVapp.git

Open the project in Tizen Studio.

Installation

• Goto Tool > Device Manager

• Click on Connection Button

• Click on the Auto Connection Button

• Turn Connection to ON

• Right-Click on Project in explorer

• Goto Run As > Tizen Web Application

Additional note

• Don't forget to make a Samsung Certificate (Tools > Certficate Manager) In case you're having any issues, refer to Connection Guide
