Ejecuta el script personal de sincronización (~/sync-gitlab.sh, o la ruta indicada en CLAUDE.local.md) desde la carpeta del clon de GitHub y reporta el resultado. Normalmente lo dispara solo el hook post-commit (ver AGENTS.md). Si el script no existe, dilo y no inventes uno.
