TEMP

TEMP is a software package for detecting transposable elements (TEs) insertions and absences from pooled high-throughput sequencing data

Current version v1.05

Sep 24th 2016 Update: Remove the dependency on samtools view -X option. Now TEMP works for newer versions of samtools (1.x) as well.
