ShamrockCore.NET
ShamrockCore为单例模式，故而在同一个程序中不支持多bot；ShamrockCore现在处于半停止开发阶段。（不完全标准的onebot11）
强烈建议使用UnifyBot，基于onebot11协议实现，不再是单例模式，支持多bot，用法基本一致与shamrockcore一致（nuget搜UnifyBot）。
